About Masterchef
Yusuke Aoki
Born in Kyoto, Yusuke Aoki honed his skills at the Kyoto Pastry Art College before launching his career at a French patisserie in Shiga, Japan. His exceptional talent was recognized when he triumphed at the C3 Valrhona International Competition. This accomplishment led to a fruitful collaboration with Valrhona, where Yusuke conducted various masterclasses. In 2020, he returned to Japan to take the helm of the pastry program at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi.
