Emmanuele Forcone

Emmanuelle Farcone, the World Pastry Champion of 2015, is celebrated as one of the foremost pastry chefs and sugar artists globally. Renowned for his expertise in French pastries, cakes, sugar art, and chocolate design, he travels extensively conducting workshops and sharing his craft.

Originally on the path to becoming a chef, Emmanuelle redirected his career toward pastry following a transformative confectionery course. His dedication and talent propelled him to become a prominent ambassador of Italian pastry, achieving notable success as a consultant and consistently placing on the podium of the Pastry World Cup (silver medalist in 2011 and gold medalist in 2015).

His innovative approaches to working with chocolate and sugar have earned him international acclaim. At his school of artistic sugar, aspiring students are inspired by his legacy and strive to achieve similar heights in their careers.
Emmanuelle Farcone was honored as Head of the Jury for the World Pastry Cup 2017 held in France, further cementing his influence and expertise in the global pastry community.
