We are a group of Pastry Chefs and Executive Chefs who have spend years working in hotel kitchens. We formed the Academy of Pastry Arts Group ensuring that students can start a great career right after completing our 9 month advance diploma. We train students, Pastry Teachers and Professionals from more than 35 countries through our full-time program, master classes and pastry forums, While our main focus in the Academy is a specialized, structured training to full time students. In addition, we have expanded our services to on site consultancy and workshops in Asia, Middle East, Europe, North Africa, North America and South America.
